LA City Council out of Touch ? Boycotts AZ over illegal immigration law.

Well, the LA City Council passed a boycott of AZ the other night, it was 13-1 to boycott AZ, over the new law, which makes being ILLEGALLY in the USA, a Crime! how dare they!

SO the LA times did a poll,

Was the L.A. City Council right to pass a boycott of Arizona?
Yes. Arizona needs to feel the consequences of enacting a bad law.
Yes, though the boycott should be more of a symbolic gesture than an official measure.
No, but only because doing so is probably illegal and not in L.A.'s interest.
No. The city should mind its own business.

The results.

Yes. Arizona needs to feel the consequences of enacting a bad law. 3% (1,072 votes)
Yes, though the boycott should be more of a symbolic gesture than an official measure. 1% (170 votes)
No, but only because doing so is probably illegal and not in L.A.'s interest. 4% (1,430 votes)
No. The city should mind its own business. 92% (29,180 votes)

Looks like the LA City Council is out of touch with reality.
